Please Note: Louisa will soon be going on maternity leave.
Louisa is a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a particular interest in how digestive health impacts mood, energy and hormones. She works closely with her clients to gain a strong understanding of them in order to provide bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plans to reach goals and plant long-lasting habits whilst valuing the importance of making the journey to good health realistic and enjoyable.
Her personal health journey ignited her passion for helping others through nutrition and lifestyle medicine after being misdiagnosed and medicated for a decade for Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). She aims to empower others by providing them with tools, knowledge and guidance to build confidence, take control of their health and ultimately live life feeling their best.
Louisa studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), where she gained a Nutritional Therapy Diploma and a post-graduate diploma in Naturopathy. She’s soon to become a certified Health Coach and is currently studying for a Master’s Degree in Personalised Nutrition at The Centre For Nutrition Education and Lifestyle (CNELM). She is accredited with BANT and CNHC and undertakes more than 200 hours of continuous practice development each year to keep up-to-date with scientific research in her area of healthcare.
During her downtime, Louisa plays netball for her local club in Leamington Spa. She also enjoys playing tennis, running and keeping active.
