Jessica is a Registered Nutritional Therapist who specialises in cancer prevention and support, as well as skin health, particularly atopic dermatitis, and psoriasis. She works closely with her clients to support the underlying inflammatory, microbiome, and genetic drivers of their health concerns.
Her own atopic eczema/dermatitis started when she was just 6 months old, and until her 30s she too was on the endless merry-go-round of ever-changing prescriptions. She finally met a practitioner who helped her transform her skin and who triggered the vocation to train as a Registered Nutritional Therapist.
In recent years Jessica has witnessed close friends and family go through cancer treatment journeys. In 2022/3 she undertook additional training and accreditation in both oncology support and nutrigenomics to allow her to support those who wish to take proactive action to reduce their own risk factors.
Jessica trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, graduating in 2014. She went on to do a MSc in Transdisciplinary Practice at Middlesex University with her dissertation titled ‘Examine how nutrition can be used as a complementary tool for the support of eczema/chronic atopic dermatitis (AD)’.
She is a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and registered with the CNHC (Complementary Natural Healthcare Council). She is also a member of BSIO (British Society for Integrative Oncology).
Dual nationality, Jessica lives in the UK and France. She has two grown children and loves to hike in the Pyrenees with her husband and border collie, Tilly, and spend time in her garden.
