Info And Approach

Many thanks for booking in a 10-minute discovery call with a Root Cause Doctor from Mosaic Medical.

Here is some further information about our approach, which you may want to read prior to your discovery call.

Our Vision

We believe in the beautiful, delicately balanced system of the human body and its ability to be in health.

From our journey through medical school, to working as Doctors in the NHS – one thing has driven and united us: to know how to restore people to health. Over the past 30 years it has become increasingly challenging to address chronic health problems due to changes in our society and culture.

Chronic Health conditions are made up of many parts: over time, little things have ‘gone wrong’ or gone out of balance, and over time, the system has started to show multiple symptoms. It’s complex, it’s made of many parts AND it requires a bigger-picture approach to look at all the parts to get to the root cause.

Due to current circumstances, we are currently offering VIRTUAL appointments only. If the need arises, a home visit or an in-person clinic appointment can be arranged.

The stages of our Root Cause Approach follow a cycle of Listening, Testing, Finding the Roots, Reviewing, and Tracking.

We, as doctors, leave no stone unturned when we are working with a patient, and we take the time to explore what each individual body needs to get back to balance.

Pre-consultation Requirements

  • Multi-symptom questionnaire (MSQ), client concerns, supplements, medications and family history to be filled in
  • Clinic terms and conditions
  • Consent

(You will be sent this information via our online platform).

  • Recent test investigations that you think may be relevant for us to view prior to your consultation.

Gp Summary

If you book into an appointment, it would be helpful to have a brief summary report from your GP. Please contact your GP practice either by telephone or email and request this from administration staff. It will help to give us an insight into your medical history and allows for better preparation. With your consent, we include an initial letter to your GP as part of the first consultation.

Duration Of Follow Up

Our clinic is designed to empower people to improve their health by providing technical, scientific and medical support and that this is a

two-way process. The majority of time spent on the programme will be outside of any formal or informal consultation process and so in order to achieve success, patients are necessarily the main drivers of their well-being and should approach their treatment plan with a willingness to take full responsibility for their choices and overall outcomes.

In order to improve from chronic illness, we generally expect to see patients for a minimum number of 3 months. Clearly this varies from individual to individual.

Patient Queries Between Appointments

If you have a specific need for email correspondence this can normally be arranged however will incur a cost, based pro rata on the professional hourly rates

If you are sending us update emails, then know that we will read it and are happy to hear how you are getting along but may not be able to respond.

If you think you are reacting badly to a supplement please discontinue it, make thorough notes and the doctor will discuss this at your next consultation. The same applies to specific food reactions.
