Dr Andie is a functional medicine doctor and co-founder at Mosaic Medical, known for her warm, curious, and deeply human approach to healthcare. Her journey into root-cause medicine began as a teenager during a long struggle with glandular fever. After months of overwhelming fatigue and little improvement, a simple, personalised intervention — digestive enzymes — transformed her recovery. The experience left a lasting belief that every symptom has a story, and that healing begins when someone takes the time to listen and look beneath the surface.
This philosophy shaped more than fifteen years of work as a GP and hospital doctor, as well as time spent in diverse clinical environments — from the Pioneering Cardiac Centre at UCSD in California to remote clinics in the jungles of Belize. Today, she is a fully certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with IFM, a Lifestyle Medicine physician, and has advanced training in epigenetics, SIBO, DUTCH testing, detoxification, and microbiome science. She mentors doctors, is a founding trustee of the British College of Functional Medicine, and serves as a medical advisor for both Microba and MYTIME Young Carers.
Her specialist interests include hormonal health, thyroid and men’s health, autoimmunity, cardiometabolic health, and complex gut issues including SIBO.
Patients often describe Andie as someone who truly listens. She takes the time to understand each person’s story, creating a space where they feel heard, supported, and understood. Andie is also known for her ability to break down complex medical information into clear, accessible explanations—helping patients feel informed, confident, and empowered in their care
Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding, running, Hyrox challenges, and exploring Dorset with her family, friends, and lively cockapoo, Ludo.
