We understand that everyone is unique-this includes your health, the complexity of your illness, and where you are in the journey to feeling better. The prices below give you an idea of costs – additionally, there may be tests, supplements, or medication to factor in. Please note, we believe that children are not small adults and warrant specialist input so we would suggest that for your child you look for a paediatric Functional Medicine clinic.
All of our appointments are virtual unless clinically indicated. If you have a reason to prefer to be seen face to face please email hello@mosaic-medical.com to arrange this. There is a slightly higher fee for this due to increased overheads.
The first step is – Choose your doctor and book a free ten-minute discovery call to discuss your concerns and better understand what we do. This will allow you to make a clearer decision about whether you would like to work with us to address your health concerns and will help us be able to advise if we can help. You will receive a discovery call booklet with detailed pricing outlined when you book this.
Prices For Appointments
Initial medical consultation (90 mins - £450)
- 30 minutes of preparation time for the doctor to review your intake forms and any uploaded documents
- Two calls with our patient co-ordinator Carol held before and after your initial appointment to ensure clarity throughout
- 90 minutes together to better understand your health issues, create a plan, initiate testing and start treatment
- 30-60 minutes of doctor time to write a full report and treatment plan along with arranging any tests or medications
- Written communication with your GP (with your consent only)
- Testing and medication (at an additional cost dependent on requirements)
Initial concise consultation (60 mins - £325)
- You will be advised if this is appropriate at your discovery call. This appointment type is only used for specific issues such as menopause or health optimisation
- 20 minutes of preparation time
- 60 minutes of doctor time to better understand the situation and create a plan
- Call with our patient coordinator after your initial appointment to ensure clarity.
- 30-60 minutes of doctor time to write a full report and treatment plan plus arranging any tests of prescriptions
- Written communication with your GP (with your consent)
Follow up medical consultation
- Prices vary according to appointment length but as an indication 45 minutes would be £240
- Full pricing details will be sent to you when you book a discovery call
- We currently offer appointments virtually at your convenience - although face to face is available if clinically required.
- We also may suggest the additional support of a nutritionist or other allied healthcare professional depending on your needs.
- Nutritional Therapist pricing - Initial 60 minutes, £150, follow up 45minutes £112
- Health Coach pricing - Initial 60 minutes £100, follow up 30 minutes £50
