Jessica Fonteneau

Nutritional Therapist
Jessica is a Registered Nutritional Therapist who specialises in cancer prevention and support, as well as skin health with a particular focus on atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. She works closely with her clients to address the underlying inflammatory, microbiome and genetic drivers contributing to their health concerns.
Jessica’s interest in skin health is deeply rooted in her own lived experience. Her atopic eczema began when she was six months old, and she spent decades navigating an exhausting cycle of prescription treatments with little long-term relief. It was not until she met a practitioner who helped her transform her skin that she discovered the power of personalised nutrition — an experience that inspired her to train as a Registered Nutritional Therapist.
Jessica has also been closely affected by the cancer journeys of friends and family members. Motivated to support others facing similar challenges, she undertook additional training and accreditation in oncology support and nutrigenomics in 2022/23, strengthening her ability to help individuals take proactive steps to reduce modifiable risk factors.
She trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, graduating in 2014, before completing an MSc in Transdisciplinary Practice at Middlesex University. Her dissertation explored how nutrition can be used as a complementary tool in supporting eczema and chronic atopic dermatitis. Jessica is a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine), registered with the CNHC (Complementary Natural Healthcare Council), and is also a member of BSIO (British Society for Integrative Oncology).
Jessica holds dual nationality and divides her time between the UK and France. She has two grown children and enjoys hiking in the Pyrenees with her husband and their border collie, Tilly, as well as spending time in her garden.
