Conventional Medical Care
Our team of experienced healthcare professionals offers the full range of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) options. We are committed to discussing all available treatments, ensuring you feel empowered to make informed decisions about your health. We work in line with British Menopause Society Guidance and if we were to suggest anything outside of this we would make this clear so that you remain fully informed and empowered with a joint decision making approach.
Natural and Holistic Care
In addition to HRT, we provide a variety of natural therapies. Our focus on holistic wellness includes:
- Lifestyle Guidance: Our experts will work with you to develop strategies that incorporate nutrition, exercise, and stress management techniques.

Comprehensive Testing
Understanding your unique hormonal profile is essential. We utilise advanced testing options, including:
- Blood Tests: These help us assess hormone levels and identify any imbalances. They also help to identify other issues which may have arisen as other health issues can become more common around this time too.
- DUTCH Test: A comprehensive assessment of hormones that provides insights into your metabolic pathways, helping us craft a targeted management plan and assess how safely you are breaking down oestrogen.
- Genetic Testing Sometimes we suggest specific genetic tests which can shed light on issues complicating the menopause which may have an inheritable element – eg fibroids

We would always suggest you arrange a complimentary 10 minute discovery call first with one of our doctors. Dr Hamilton-Grey is our menopause doctor. Having this initial free chat will help you to decide whether you would like to proceed with us.
Assuming you then wish to proceed, those with an uncomplicated situation often are fine with a 60 minute (concise) initial consultation, though at times we would recommend the full 90 minutes if there are complexities which require more time.
Before your appointment we will send you a detailed questionnaire so that we know plenty of information before we meet. This means that by the end of that first consultation we can provide a comprehensive plan to help to move things forward and reach your health goals.
We can organise any recommended medication plans and testing at this first appointment.
What Costs are Involved?
Aside from the appointment costs you may need to have testing which vary – we can discuss this at your discovery call. If we decide together that HRT is recommended, we’ll arrange this for you and arrange appropriate ongoing monitoring. We would require ongoing monitoring of HRT – every 6 months at a minimum and with some medications this can need ongoing blood tests but not always.
As it is a personalised approach it is always hard to give an exact outline of costs but we are always happy to discuss this.
